The statement uses a false comparison to reach an incorrect conclusion along with seeking to change the subject. Which is the primary tactic for defending an undefendable position. The argument is that because one person is relatively more bad than the other it makes the other good or acceptable when the logical conclusion is both are bad. My big question about Joe Biden is why is a political party controlled by woksters, SJW's, and all kinds of radical leftists content and willing to run another old white guy for president? A complete and total old school deep state system guy for his entire political life. He represents absolutely nothing they stand for here. The only answer I come up with is he's the only person they can trot out there that can get the centrist vote and defeat Trump. His candidacy is just a front for the nominated VP to come in and take over when he steps down soon after the start of his term.

Latest Gallup Poll On Police Patrols
All_Pro_Bills replied to All_Pro_Bills's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I suspect its the social justice warriors and woksters that are intent on controlling all aspects of everyone's lives. Trump not so much. From what every citizen thinks, what they say, what they do. Similar to the National Socialist of 1930's Germany. It was called Gleichschaltung and set in place policies of total state control over everything. -

Trump's not the sharpest tool in the shed but that's not why a lot of voters cast their ballots for him in 2016. They voted for him because he was the only candidate that had the balls to stand up to the globalist and the intellectual elite in politics and the media. For this he's been the target of their attacks for his entire term. Unfortunately, much of what he does and says provides more fuel for the fire. Many of his supporters enjoy seeing the so called "deep state" getting the middle finger. Obviously the elites want to regain control through whatever means necessary and see the Biden candidacy as their ticket back to the White House. I'm skeptical about Biden and his mental state as they seem to be hiding him in the bunker and perhaps that's the plan until the election. He's simply mentally unfit to serve. Or are they going to pull somebody out of the shadows at the last minute like Hillary again? Whatever the scenario I hope most people whatever your political or social views would agree our choices here are just terrible. As far as the administrations COVID response its been mostly a disaster but given the breakdown in society and the almost complete ineptitude of leadership at any level does anyone really think the government is going to be effective at anything of this magnitude or for that matter any problems going forward? Not likely. Facing the fact that you're more or less on your own when one kind of disaster or another strikes will do wonders for your mental and physical well-being and allow you to prepare for trouble. The government is concerned with saving the government, not you. What I try to point out to my liberal friends is giving a government that is completely inept more power and responsibility is a path to ruin. Why do you want to surrender your freedoms? But they don't get it, yet. When they do it might be too late. Whatever Trump did with COVID would be criticized but his inability to comprehend the facts and statistics are troubling. If he didn't set a consolidated national response he'd be accused of not leading. And if he did set a single national response he'd be accused of being dictatorial. But we all know that already. It's a lose-lose with the media. Major media policy states Orange Man Bad!

If Trump loses and refuses to leave
All_Pro_Bills replied to Kemp's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Winner here! The same .1% global elite and wealthy are funding both campaigns and both parties. Hell, they're even funding the idiots out in the streets rioting and protesting against all kinds of stuff the people that are fronting them are making happen. They tell them what to do and all the puppets dance. And the government no matter which party is in charge sees you as a source of revenue for all the goodies and perks they hand out to their political supporters and cronies. As Trump will only go along with 99% of their agenda they want him out so they can get somebody back in that will be totally cooperative. So its lumbering buffoon Trump or brain dead Biden. Maybe "none of the above" should be added to the ballot this year? -

Take it a couple steps further. As the 3 states succeed Mexico moves to retake California since the 1800's they've believed it was stolen by the US. Without a standing Army (because US forces have withdrawn) or any organized police force (because liberal politicians have eliminated policing) there is little organized resistance. Washington and Oregon are left to fend for themselves and look to Canada for a potential political hook-up. This is fun, right? -
Did Dr. Fauci help create Covid19
All_Pro_Bills replied to Niagara's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The NIH provided approximately $3.5M to the Wuhan research facility to perform some sort of research that was illegal to perform on U.S. soil. But they have not been asked about this yet nor are they proactively providing any comments on the nature of the research that was funded. The case for the virus being man-made is pretty strong. It has threads of HIV RNA inserted which begs the question how that would happen in nature. Could it be possible? Perhaps but not probable. And the theory the virus jumped to humans by some inter-species transfer is questionable as researchers have found the virus is much more efficient at infecting humans than it is at infecting other animals tested. Such as Bats. If it came from Bats it should be most efficient at infecting Bats. But it is not. Also, recent comments from previously silent Chinese scientists point the finger at the lab. Perhaps the virus being man-made is one of the primary reasons China knew exactly what they were dealing with and how to deal with it when the outbreak occurred. And why they seemed to limit its impacts at least based on the stats they've produced. Way back in February when many suggested the virus was from the lab their comments and posts were deleted as "fake" news or "false" information. But as in most cases how do the censors not having any basic understanding or expert credentials on the topic or access to any firsthand information know its fake. What we all know now is fake is a term that many times is applied when the main narrative or propaganda are challenged. And we can't allow individual thought or critical thinking on anything. Can we? I remember what George Carlin said. "The last thing any government wants is a population of people capable of critical thinking. What they want are obedient works that are just smart enough to get the work done". No more is that true than today. -
Few people really die from COVID. They die from their immune systems "overload" response to the virus as a result of pre-existing conditions and compromised general health. I also personally believe taking medications that use immunue-suppression as a means to treat a condition, like arthritis, contribute to deaths but the pharma industry is not to hot on the idea to publicize that possibility. Some studies suggest people with Type A blood are more likely to be severe or critical classification of the illness. Obesity, diabetes, heart conditions, respiratory problems, etc. add risk. Older people are not more likely to catch the virus but they are more likely to have these health issues which is why a lot more older people die when infected. There are medications that address what is called the "cytokine storm" which is the condition putting most patients in the ICU and on ventilators, Drugs like leronlimab and lenzilumab in phase 3 clinical trials address this condition and appear to work very well. Once these are approved and begin being used the death count will drop significantly. How fast they get out there is up to the trial results and the FDA. The use of a mask generally protects other people from getting infected by you. It is effective. People that don't want to wear one in public settings are making some social or political statement. I guess they're saying "I don't care if I get you sick". An easy self-test to do every day is to test your sense of smell. The is the first thing almost all people that come down with the virus notice days before any symptoms appear. This is a distinct reduction in their ability to smell. If your sense of smell is normal your probably okay. Why its not part of the standard COVID test procedure I don't know. I guess its not complicated enough for the medical community to embrace.

Black Lives Matter Messaging at "The Stadium"
All_Pro_Bills replied to SectionC3's topic in Off the Wall Archives
The goal of ending racism is a noble pursuit but the BLM leadership are hard core Marxist. But all the virtue signaling idiots contributing money and supporting the group are either to scared to take a stand or to stupid to figure it out. -
I think its time for Washington to send a message and arrest the mayors and city council members that are aiding and encouraging these violent riots and charge them with insurrection - 18 U.S. Code § 2383. Just sitting back night and letting rioters toss projectiles and objects at federal officers isn't going to cut it and where is the law and order in the President's law and order pitch? "Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States" Identify and freeze all their financial accounts and assets. Sure some liberal judge is going to try to overrule it but their own public statements and support of events is clear.

Ted Yoho is a piece of trash
All_Pro_Bills replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yes, without fear of any consequences of the election the administration will have more latitude in dealing with the leftist riots. My suspicion is their commitment and zeal for anarchy isn't as high as we might believe when they're getting hauled off to jail for a long stretch. Most likely a Federal facility with no WiFi or streaming services that doesn't serve soy lattes. -

All_Pro_Bills replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Perhaps this just indicates the homicidal maniacs are getting much more efficient by going directly to the supplier of funeral services with the bodies which eliminates all the middle steps in the process. One step better might be to kill their victims at the Cemetery next time. Ted was out of line saying that about AOC. Even though she's a drama queen who gets a lot of publicity and mileage about taking a pro-poor and pro-working class stance on almost every issue without really doing anything to help anyone there is a certain level of civility required. And while some of the things she says are illogical and approaching stupidity our government is full of stupid people at all levels and there's no need for name calling. She's certainly going to be re-elected in November. Her overall behavior has been aligned the Democratic strategy since day one of the Trump administration. Accomplish nothing under Trump's watch regardless of the costs and consequences. The current plan for these "protests" is to continue them up until November 3rd. And if Biden wins the fires and rioting will be absent from the streets the next day. If Trump were to pull off another victory then we'll witness multiple lawsuits and court motions at all levels with more rioting and anarchy than before. -
Charges against Ed Oliver dismissed
All_Pro_Bills replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Most people get screwed in municipal courts. The judge knows the prosecutor, the prosecutor knows the cops, the cops know both. And your defense attorney is usually familiar with them all. Unless you're looking at a license suspension or big DUI fine you're better off pleading guilty, pay the fine, and save the expense of a lawyer that isn't going to do much of anything for you. It comes down to your word against the cops and guess who the judge is going to believe? If there is video it will be supporting their case. If there is video supporting your case it got accidentally erased. The whole thing is a revenue generating racket for the towns. -
There are two sides to this "factor". The first is our system has a built in bias against blacks resulting from the period of slavery that has carried through to this day. The second is that Asian cultural values along with their willingness and desire to assimilate into American culture has lead to success while blacks that don't succeed refuse to adopt the cultural traits required to succeed in the context of American culture. My fundamental problem with all the racial generalizations that are driving all the current narratives is they contradict all concepts of individual freedom. Are we to believe that just because somebody is White or Black or Asian or Hispanic that they by default adopt and hold all the characteristics of the current stereotype of each racial group? The concept of the individual is completely lost on people pushing the diversity and race narrative. Its to the point they can't even comprehend of the concept of the individual. And seek to erase this concept. I know and work with people from all races, background, nationalities, beliefs. They all share common traits, Hard work, drive, family, honesty, integrity, etc. I don't even recognize or think of them by their race. I expect most people feel the same as I do and view the diversity and race baiting narratives with total contempt. If you don't you should, because what's at risk is a loss of individual freedom. That is the basic concept that defines what America is all about. A concept the race baiters and socialist and communist absolutely hate as it completely obliterates their arguments and agenda. If you look at everything they propose from the perspective of eroding individual freedom, and using the force of government to push people into arrangements against their will, you'll see what they''re really all about. I think one work for it might be totalitarianism. Their goal here isn't to improve the lives of oppressed minorities or equality or social justice. The goal is to sow the seeds of conflict in order to gain power, political, social, economic. Unfortunately most political and business leaders lack the guts and fortitude to stand up to it because all they care about is the mob leaving them alone and going after somebody else. What they don't seem to understand is all in good time they'll get to you too.

Unless the government is going to file formal charges or disappear them they have no reason to round up Antifa "protesters" (if by protest we mean starting vehicles on fire, attacking people, and destroying public and private property) They already know everything about them through electronic surveillance and data collection methods used during the initial riots. Geofencing apps, building contact cohorts, using meta data to construct profiles, things like that. All these agencies know who they are, who they communicate with, what their role in the group is, where they bank, what they do, how they get paid, where they spend their time, who their friends and family are, and most importantly a very clear picture of the structure of the organization, its leadership, and its strategy. All because they carry around smart phones. I guess they didn't listen to what Ed Snowden told us all about government surveillance and its gotten a lot more intrusive since he exposed most of it, When the time is right the leadership and funding sources will be exposed and brought in. DHS is not going to devote a lot of resources rounding up street level drones.

The key problem is these idiots never stop to think anything through like every decision has no consequences or downstream impact. So I suggest along with supporting the de-funding of police the union provide its membership with self-defense and martial arts training as there will be nobody to call when teachers get assaulted in city schools.

More SNL this from Norm MacDonald's book "Based on a true story". His top 25 jokes. Number 15, Earlier this week, Marlon Bramdo, met with Jewish leaders to apologize for comments he made on The Larry King Show, among them that "Hollywood is run by Jews". The Jewish leaders accepted the actor's apology and announced that Brando is now free to work again. So newly revealed Jew hater and race baiter Nick came to his senses when he realized he'd never work again if he didn't apologize. Pure and simple self-interest.

I recall an Eddie Murphy skit from SNL on "white privilege". This is from 1984 and I found a clip of it here on youtube. While its comedy it provides a glimpse into the mindset of the black community and their perception of how they are disadvantaged by what they believe is some covert social order working behind the scenes. If you're white I'm sure you'll find all the scenarios very familiar! Especially the bank scene...

Mixed in America, in the Trump world
All_Pro_Bills replied to RocCityRoller's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
This is a big part of it. The belief that individuals belong to "groups" and if the individual holds views that differ from that groups "characteristics" and "beliefs" then there is something fundamentally wrong with that person. This "group" view contradicts every principal of individual freedom. Freedom to think as we choose, freedom to say what we choose, freedom to do what we want to do. The entire concept of "America" is based on the principals of individual freedom. Group-think despises concepts like facts, critical thinking, and individual experiences and the concept of individualism. Despise it so much so at this point in time that people pushing grouping and categorizing everyone cannot every comprehend the concept of the individual. Things like: You can support parts of the administrations agenda and not like Trump. You can support police reforms but not support the entire BLM agenda. You can be socially liberal but fiscally conservative. You can believe we need to evaluate historical monuments but deplore the unilateral destruction of them by the mob. You can listen and behave in a civil manner towards people you don't agree with and still hold a different opinion. -
The argument I keep hearing is America is systemically racist. Your response does provides nothing to dispute that the huge majority of whites are not racist and Americans society is not systemically racist.
-
Its really necessary for people to define was they mean by certain terms. Like "systemic racism". What does that mean? Are they saying the official public policy of America is to discriminate against African-Americans? But there are no laws on the books at the federal, state, or local levels legalizing this behavior. Contrary, there are laws like affirmative action and elements of civil rights legislation that grant privileges to minorities. The idea is to make up for mistreatment in the past. So the legal system is not "systemically racist". Or am I missing something? So then it must imply something about the behavior of private citizens. So what they must mean is white people are "systemically racist" in their interactions and associations with black people. This belief itself seems racist. Suggesting all white people collectively act in the same manner as a group. No doubt there are white people that are biased and hold stereotypes about blacks but to suggest they all act in some organized and coordinated fashion through some overt or covert mechanism is absurd. After all, just recently a majority of whites voted for President Obama and helped elect him President twice. If whites were systemically racist and colluding with each other to discriminate against blacks why would a majority of them vote for a black man instead of the white guy? In the seclusion of the voting booth who would know? So logically the majority of whites are not racist. White people frequent black businesses and attend sporting events where the majority of the players are black. Would racists spend they hard earned money to attend such an event if they were racist? What it comes down to is "systemic racism" is myth used to sell a narrative. And while there are a small percentage of white people that are racist it is no different than the biases held by other races. The other angle if I may be blunt is to continue to blame somebody else for all the problems. In this case liberal politicians that enacted programs to "help" blacks but ended up hurting them in many ways along with these communities blaming white people for their troubles. From a historical perspective after slavery, social conditions settled into a "separate but equal" society where legalized segregation was the order. As wrong as this set up was blacks developed their own support and social systems that were quite efficient and effective. The programs that started in the 1960's destroyed these support systems. And left those that could not or would not assimilate into the "common culture" in poverty and dependent on social support and other "help". And here we are now. When I pose the question to liberals why other minorities that come to America seem to thrive and excel while black communities don't they say because the echos of slavery are embedded in the minds and behaviors of white people. I suggest while their argument might have merit the main reason is because many blacks refuse to adopt or conform to the cultural norms of the dominant culture which is necessary for success. The alt-left and their politicians would rather stick their finger in a 240V socket and chop of their left hand than engage in any heart-to-heart conversations about this.

DeSean Jackson posts anti-Semitic messages, quotes Hitler
All_Pro_Bills replied to FireChans's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Most of what the far left and right believe and push are just one kind of hustle or another. Their arguments are drenched with emotions and anecdotal stories and myths. Push them for details through logic and critical questioning and they come up empty. The sad part is the 98% of us in the middle that got no problem or gripes with anybody and are just trying to beat out a living and take care of things get played back and forth. I was amused by your characterization of "back woods". Maybe that's why I never really liked camping much! -
BLM in principal has some legitimate grievances but you called it out when identifying many of the groups key leaders as Marxist or if you prefer communists. They are also racists. Its no secret and its all out there for anyone with the curiosity to find out. Their goal is to erase history, erase culture, and replace it with their view of the world and society. They don't seek equality or justice. They seek revenge. They are not interested in negotiating and they are not interested in your views or expressions of support. While we definitely need a social and cultural coming together the leadership of this organization are not the people that are willing to make that happen. And all the politicians that have jumped on board are not interested in solving any problems they are interested in campaigning on them. Its a real mess and there is no real leadership from any point on the political spectrum for finding resolutions and solutions. Very troubling.
