Get the best Coach out there with experience with winning ( Shanahan, Cohwer, Billick, Marty S) B. Hire a GM with football background C. If you have to kick up seating prices to get more money for free agents well do it. They choose to trade him.....cheaply i might add If and its a big if......they only move up two spots to Jacksonville place at number 9 and choose Oher one of the top 4 offensive lineman not one of the top 3 overall players He would not cost 10 million a year The better move would be to sign Peters IMO

I saw this also this morning and I think they should do it. If his draft board is right we also still have a shot at Maybin or Brown with are second first round pick I like it

but that punt returner is the BEST AT WHAT HE DOES and that the reason you keep him and by the way his salary is 2.5 million for this season and id say that pretty fair for the BEST punt man in the league.

Well my view is that Peters didnt want to be here. I dont like the fact that they traded him either but it was clear that he didnt want to play for the Bills My thing is the return they got for him, that my sticking point. Roscoe is worth a roster spot because he can take it to the house on any play. Can Hardy do that? Reed? Johnson? You dont get better by trading Roscoe for a draft pick. If the first 2 picks are OLineman I would not be upset But the Bills main need is a pass rusher If Smith falls to us we have to take him, all I know is on game days in the SEC he was the best O lineman and played against good players. I completely agree with Wilsons article this morning. and I completely agree with this post . The most important thing you said was Ralph is looking for cheap talent. If you look at the TO trade the Bills got him for pretty cheap. The only reason I see them doing this is to add picks so they can trade up and get one of the top 3 OT in the draft I hope it works out cause i see 7-9 again this year
