Leonard would be ideal saftey for us, a true playmaker with speed and can return punts if needed. How did we let him go? A big play type of guy we could use.

LT was the one player who changed game plans on anyone the giants played. He was probably the best ever and lost about 15 -25 or so sacks as I don't think he got credit in first yr or two as well for all his sacks as they diod not keep them as a legitimat stat way back when. Love Bruce but LT was best ever.

Over-rated high draft picl. Not the playmaker a team needs in the secondary safty position. Solid player, that is it. Pay cut would be welcomed by me if salary is an issue.

Listened to Rex Ryan's NY Jets , new coach speak and thought about what he would have done with us. He says they will be toughest most physical defense in NFL and the defenders will be aggresive and have fun. Tony Siragusa was interviewed and he raved about how this guy stood up for the def line of Baltimore when he played and Rex was the def line coach. Players loved him and he showed great emotion and energy. Juts listening to him yesterday I wanted to suit up 35 yrs since my last game. Listened to Syracuse Orange's new coach , Marrone speak Saturday at halftime's Notre Dame BB game and also he fired me up as well. You can just feel the energy with certain guys like Ryan and marrone. Ralph, you blew it again. We probably would have Suggs and/or Lewis lined up and also a free saftey like Leonhard would follow. Ralph, get some people to help you make decisions. With the weather we have in Buffalo our defense will be the key to winning a championbship. That and a good offensive line/running game. We need an aggresive, physical defense, not the whimpy one we have now. Style is the key as we have 80 % of the pieces here. We just need the right Coordinator/coach.

Gu had more interceptions inone game than all our safteies did for the whole 2008 season. He is a playmaker we should have never let go. Simpson or Leonhard? No contest. He also can return punts.

I like it when we have a def end trying to pass defense a RB 20 yards up the field. That is always a classic also.

How real are these mock drafts when they don't have us drafting a small defensive back in the first round like we always sem to do?????? Drafting a def end to impropve the rush and a TE who can catch or maybe a tough OLB???? What is going on here? If only our front office could think like these mock drafters without trying to out do themselves every year we would be fine from a talent base on this team

We will draft some DB out of some program again for abouth the millionsth time with pick #11. In the second rounf we will take anotheR RB and say he was too good to pas on. In the 3rd round we will drfat another QB and talk of value. In Round 4 we will draft a big , slow blocking TE. In round 5 we will draft another CB tellinf of the loss of Greer and we need depth. Inround 6 and 7 we will drfat for need with that beiing a Center and a DE. It's like I have a crystal ball.....
