  1. No thats not what im saying, im saying its new blood in Buffalo. Idk what the new regime will do but ik if it were the same people that were here when Byrd left he most definitely would not be coming back
  2. Most articles ive seen had us Cowboys and 49ers as most likely landing spots for him fwiw
  3. Yes I agree, even without Sammy on the field Shady is great. With him it should make him that much better. Shady should free up Sammy a lot since we are a run first team and I assume we'll say that way under Denni. But it will work both ways no doubt. Pick your poison
  4. Yes true but everything has changed since he left. Coaches, f.o, ownership. Byrd may be willing to give it another shot here and the current regime may be willing to forgive since it wasn't on their watch. Ralph was still the owner when Byrd left right?
  5. They saved 10 mil and don't really need him. One mans trash...
  6. I agree with you, we are totally undervaluing him. I.m.o when its all said and done Shady will have a bust in Canton. His numbers might not be there yet, but they will be. Hell, he's close now, but we lost MG so all hope is lost for our run game this season...jk. Shady is who makes our O go. Everything we do goes off him and it showed in the games he missed or was taken out of last year
  7. Is that T sizzle and Mcphee he makes miss? Two very good players. Love me some tyrod
  8. Would absolutely love this. Need another wideout and I was hoping we'd snag him a couple years ago. Get r done!
  9. A lot of unknowns going into the year. Young talent with a lot to prove. Could be dangerous, could be disastrous. I for one remain optimistic.
  10. Lorax has completely changed his body over the last 10 years and is in the best shape of his life. I don't believe he's a p.e.d user. I just believe he's benefitting from all his hard work. Harrison on the other end I lean towards believing he uses. Father time is undefeated and he's had a lot of snaps over his career. Either he's an anomoly or he uses Can they play wr?!? Lmao
  11. What would be the cap hit if we cut clay after the season? Also what options would we have in free agency and the draft next year at the tight end spot if we were to cut clay?
  12. I wouldn't necessarily call it a bad pick if he can't. Richie and Eric are getting up there and we're gonna need replacements for them at some point. I see Groy taking one of those spots eventually and if Dawkins fails at tackle it sounds like he can slide in at guard. Either way it helps set the line up for the future. If he fails all around then obviously that would be a bad pick but versatility isn't a bad thing. I like the pick as of right now
  13. I agree. Only die hard fans watch the combine anyways so I dont really see the point to this. They already have their demographic, I don't see the combine becoming any bigger than it already is. Then again, I could be wrong.
  14. This is exactly my point, maybe he has more clutch than I give him credit for but at one point the Seahawks were involved in 81 consecutive games that were one score or less when entering the 4th. 81 consecutive. That's incredible. Theres a direct correlation there. Had the D not kept them around in those games we wouldnt be having this convo. T.O.P plays a huge factor as well with his run game makig the D tired it gives him a better shot entering the 4th. Without that nasty defense he's just average at best. Personally and ik i'll get flamed for this, id take tyrod over RW. Not even being a homer I just think TT is a better football player.
  15. Just based off what I see. Threw 4 picks in an NFC conference game that his D saved him in. Goal line pick in the superbowl. I'm just not buying all the RW hype. The only reason he gets to come back is because his D is so good they keep him hanging around. He comes up short in big games. Aside from that Pack game how many post season comebacks has he had? I honestly don't know but if I had to guess id say none.
  16. Personally I think RW is trash. Doesn't have any clutch genes in his body and is a pick machine in big time games and situations. His defense and run game has carried him ever since he's been in the league. He's nothing but a game manager. He is not a franchise qb. Had we drafted him he would have flopped hardcore and been a backup fighting for a roster spot.
  17. Youre right. Screen game was great when Chan was in town tho. On a side note I know of a certain WR who thrives off the screen game. His name rhymes with Wammy Satkins. A lot of his college film was screen plays.
  18. Sorry guys this one's on me. I bought his jersey. Stupid stupid stupid. Shoulda known better. If we trade him im done buying anyones jersey anymore. It's like my own personal Madden curse. Or maybe i'll put this curse to good and buy a Brady jersey....
  19. Sweep Chi, split with Minny and Det but your boys would blow us out of the water twice
  20. Right there with ya brotha. Don't understand the hatred here for him. Hoping we do back that brinks up for him lol. When healthy theres very few better
  21. Interested to hear what you think Yolo, seems like youre one of the few who has their head screwed on straight here, how do you feel about keeping Sammy on board?
  22. looking good. Winning the offseason...... But seriously he will be a good pickup
  23. Freddy and Moulds for sure. Kyle once hes retired too.
  24. Looks to me like he's still a free agent. Doesn't sound like anyone is really interested either
  25. Just a little due diligence is all. Prefer Hodges but an insurance plan isn't a bad idea...
