  1. I like it. It's missing something, maybe a Bills color scheme or an actual reference to Bills other that just Bill-ieve, but I do like it. I'd wear it.
  2. Fine, you don't like it. If we had a better option on the team, wouldn't Gailey be playing him? This is what we have. It doesn't do a lot of good to go to a free practice and heckle Edwards. I don't see the point. Maybe with the new 18 game schedule all this will be done away with anyway. The training camps will probably not be held the way they are now and this won't matter. According to what was said the other day, these camps will not be held at the smaller schools and smaller towns, but probably held at the stadiums, since the preseason will be so short.
  3. Agreed. Like it or not, Edwards is the QB and Leach isn't the coach. This is what we have, so let's work with it.
  4. Nobody was complaining about them. They are great, exciting, they do help drives. My original point was that we have not seen our starting offense, again I will use the word, sustain a scoring drive. Those were big plays that were TD's. Had they happened on the other end of the field, not ending in a score, would the offense still be able to put it in the end zone? I'm not complaining about the big play. Come on guys, can't you find anything better to do that nit pick and twist what is said to support your own convoluted ideas of cynicism?
  5. That's fantastic. A team that relies on a big play to score won't go far. Eventually the big play isn't there. At some point you have to be able to actually drive down the field.
  6. Right, a 31 yard run by Spiller, a defensive TD, and a 70 yard bomb to Evans. Big plays, not sustained drives.
  7. I would love to see Brohm with the ones. I like Edwards and think he is the right choice right now for starter, but the Colts game can be quite deceiving. The scoring drives were big play drives, we have yet to see a sustained scoring drive from the ones.
  8. Holy cow. I'm guessing he never finished a grammar class? That's just awful to actually be a final copy.
  9. Panthers offense is made to look even worse by the constant blitzing of the Jets. I know they like vanilla play calling in the preseason, but blitz after blitz--does this really help the defense in the long run?
  10. It looks great. The new features should be useful. Good job and thanks.
  11. I just don't understand the timing. Why wait until after the draft to announce your retirement?
  12. No. Like the previous poster, it has nothing to do with being upset with team or anything. I am actually looking forward to the upcoming season, but I just can't see paying that much to watch them. I think it would be great to see every game, but just can't bring myself to pay that when I could be out riding a my bike down a trail or something.
  13. Look at it this way...trading back into the 1st to get Tebow is like 2 picks. All of a sudden Wood is the important tackle and the left tackle position isn't quite as important. Now, I'm not saying it's the right way to go, but it works theoretically.
  14. That's the call on him here. Hey, maybe he would surprise everyone and somehow make it as a QB, but the guess is that it would be a long shot.
  15. So, I'm guessing your argument is, if one can do it they all can? Brees is 6 even. Brunell is is 6'1". Flutie is 5'10", and his success can be argued, really so can Brunell's.
  16. I've seen quite a lot of Edwards here. He was excellent in college, especially in Division 2. Yes, he stepped out and beat some big boys from time to time like Michigan, but the overwhelming knock on him is his size. He just isn't big enough to be a NFL quarterback. He is blazing fast and can throw the ball well, but he can't see over the linemen in front of him.
  17. Campbell is better than anything we have. While that's not saying much, Campbell is in my opinion a more serviceable qb. He can make the throws, he can run when needed, and given consistency in the coaching staff, he will be good. This guy learned a new system every year. Here he will have stability, since our head coach will be the OC. Not to mention Gailey has the affinity for the spread offense, which would probably work well with Campbell. I can't, however, see going after another head case like Bulger. He had a couple good years and played in a dome. His head would be scrambled eggs behind our o-line.
  18. I guess in the end, millions are millions. It's probably nicer to spend them in San Diego than Buffalo. If you have the talent to choose where you go, you may as well go where it's comfortable. These guys won't have loyalty to a team, there have been far too many teams without loyalty to the players.
  19. So outside of crazy Al, it's cold weather teams, mostly without a dome that are in small markets and haven't won recently. It seems strange to see Green Bay on that list, just ever so slightly ahead of the Bills. I wonder if they were being honest in rating all aspects or where is it cold and miserable at times. I have heard time after time the praise for Bills fans and their loyalty, yet this poll doesn't seem to account for it.
  20. Well see, there you go again...more slander. Look, you asked what you said wrong, it was pointed out to you, now you are being over sensitive and calling more names. If you were to prevent yourself from making completely classless generalizing obscene remarks about someone, this sort of thing wouldn't be an issue would it? Instead of trying to increase your post count, use some restraint when necessary. Now, good day sir.
  21. You are absolutely correct...and it's my opinion that you are a douche.
  22. I don't know, but you ask why what you said was taken badly...this is why. Not to mention, it's based on your speculation alone. He could be a bust or he could be a super star, that still is to be seen.
  23. You can't be serious...you say Bradford is an alcoholic waiting to happen, but you don't know why someone would say you're a douche?
