We just did some great partying in Vancouver and Seattle and then at the game. We've been to Miami (2X), Denver (2X), KC (2X), Seattle, San Diego, Green Bay and my bros have been to Pittsburgh and Cleveland as well and let me be clear- nothing even touches the overall Seattle experience. Every football fan has to go to Lambeau and the Kansas City fans are awesome (both Green Bay and KC are better places to tailgate than Buffalo- way less funnels, vomit, bad music and jester hats), but if you're looking to make a regional trip out of it and dig on a different part of the country as part of your trip, again, nothing touches the Pac NW.

I agree 100% that is was probably just the Bills exhibiting their due diligence, but what if Nix wants Blackmon really bad? Would you put it past him to make a bold move this year? I wouldn't. Personally, I would give up our 2nd rounder to trade up to 5th and get him. Get a journeyman LT in FA and let Hairston start.

Just had it confirmed. Take it for what it's worth. I didn't know that rookie visits were secretive, so I was surprised to find that no one knew this. And yes, they dined at Tempo. There's no way they think he'll be there at 10, so you can do the math.

Sorry, but with game tailored toward the offensive side of the ball, when you have a 35-35 shootout where neither team can stop the other and you receive the ball in OT and you return the kick to the 40, all you need is 25 yards to get into field goal range. It's a little lopsided when it's all contingent on who wins a coin flip. I am not cool with a lot of the things the NFL does, but I am way on board with the new overtime rules.

You know right away a fan doesn't know what they're talking about when they say Spencer Johnson sucks. He is a prototypical 4-3 DT and would be great depth for any team in this league. This 300 pound man- who was playing very well last year before they moved him- was asked to play outside freaking linebacker and people are like, "cut Spencer Johnson?" Like I said- perfect indicator that someone doesn't have even a rudimentary understanding of the game.

Best case scenario: Bell re-signs at a resonable price, Bills draft Floyd in the 1st or Jeffery in the 2nd. Not that complicated.

Thank you Buftex. This is why you and I agree more often than not. The guy attempted like 5 passes last year or something. I didn't watch all of the pre-season- you know, when Thigpen was throwing to wide outs who didn't even make the roster- but I did go to the game out here in Denver and he actually looked very good. He completed at least two 20+ yard passes to Easley on a very nice looking drive that resulted in a TD. But alas, it has become trendy for people to post stuff like, "Thigpen sucks lol." I don't get it.

Agreed on most accounts. However, I think this generation of kids will not be able to distinguish between they're, there and their and your vs. you're because of texting and twitter, etc.
