My only stab at it is maybe instead of a complete overhaul of Hackett's offense they have changed say 50% of it. Maybe during this lengthy TC they were able to work on a bunch of new wrinkles and showed none of it during their preseason games. I have a sneaking suspicion that the offense will be able to move the ball against chicago easily. We may even see a bit of it against detroit tomorrow night. I don't agree with being completely Vanilla during these preseason games but as long as they are getting in the work during camp practices it will be fine....guess we will find out in 10 days

You can tell by the mostly hostile responses fans are not in the mood to hear no sht. 14 yes and even the most diehards are sick of losing. Now that being said Hackett and his ridiculous vanilla preseason game plan is why the O looks pathetic. I think at half time the front office must of got in Marrones ear because they opened up the offense a bit. The two touchdown drives are more indicative of the normal offense.IMHO we should let ej get into a rythym.Ij think the boos let Whaley know"look I know its preseason but this is just awful" and as far as Flash's comments here's an idea stop sucking!

I'd have to agree here. 10 trips in the red zone so far in the preseason with no TD's can't be good. U realize they may be very vanilla as not to tip their hand but nothing gives a young QB trying to find his rhythm and confidence like 6.
