Saints cut Jeremy Shockey
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to Welcome To Pegulavilla's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Shockey has been very professional in N.O. Him being dropped has more to do with the production of Graham. Shockey would be a great pickup -
What do you mean blue collar? He is an east coast liberal elite who went to Harvard!

They never showed a replay on our fumble recovery that mysteriously became a defensive foul, giving the Steelers a first down. Not one replay! When I am watching a game on TV, I want a replay on such a big decision. It reminded me of last week when Cincy magically called a timeout at the end of the half. Or, in the same game, when Hachile (spelling ?) happened to pick up the football when it was still live. In both of those circumstances, the plays were not shown again on TV. It's not like I'm at the game and they are doing selective replays. Rather, I'm watching on TV and they won't show the replay!? WTF!?

Best Time I Have Had At A Game In Years
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I had a blast watching this game in New Orleans. We (there were 6 other Bills fans) actually had a bouncer tell us to keep it down, because a "regular", who is a Pittsburg fan, was annoyed. Well, !@#$ him! Even though we lost, it was an entertaining afternoon for sure! -
I loved your AP recap of the game and how you ended it with the chants that you heard coming from the fans. I wasn't able to watch the game because I was traveling. But, after having read multiple recaps of the game, the crowd has been mentioned prominently in the articles. It has made be psyched to be a fan! It would be great if the rest of the games sold out because of the message that it would send to the rest of the country: That we will reward effort and hard work by showing up to the games. Hey, people gave up after the awful home game against the Jets (I think), because the team looked like it gave up. The team noticed, didn't like what the feeling, and they turned things around because they care. They are a completely new team and the fans are appreciative. Ultimately, this shows that we are savvy fans, and customers for that matter, and that is something to be proud of. That can't be said for every market. There is no way that the NFL moves a team with a fan base like ours. I'm psyched that yesterday was a good display of why Buffalo matters.

No, he's not whining. He's trying to illustrate the point that there was nothing for him to do. It was hilarious, i thought.

CJ Spiller ready for Winter
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to Seasontixfromcleve's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That was funny! the host did a good job and that is the type of stuff that will make a guy like CJ enjoy the area. -
The Fitzpatrick thread you knew was coming.
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to Van_phelaN1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He is actually still pretty young when you consider everything. This reminds me of the Jake Delhomme situation and that is a good thing. Fitz is taking advantage of his situation and I, for one, ,couldn't be happier if he turns out to be our franchise QB. It would make things a lot easier if he does work out. -
Bart Scott

I hope Fitz goes all Franz Kafka on his ass! -

Thurman for Paladino
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Bottom line is that Paladino is an idiot who is just as entrenched in politics as the people he is railing against. His prison idea for the poor is the perfect example: "We can teach people hygiene." Are you serious? He may be a good business person, but that doesn't translate to politics. Ultimately, it doesn't do any service to Buffalo that he is from there. -
It's the !@#$ing Onion, you idiots! Cross the line!? WTF!? I live in New Orleans and that is a hilarious piece. Nuf said

Shawn Nelson Suspension
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to bills in va's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All of a sudden, Nelson is a"world class dick"!? Really!? That's a pathetic and stupid statement. It's exactly the kind of b.s. talk that brings the board down. -
ESPN's Bill Simmons on Trent Edwards
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to Dorkington's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bill Simmons is hilarious! I don't take any offense to his comments. Like most people, he hasn't been watching Bills preseason, so he is going on last season. These articles are supposed to be funny as much as informative. -
Maybin's Role Defined
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to tbonestake's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think some people forget to easily that he would only be a junior this year. Hell, even I did. With that in mind, I'm still optimistic with this kid. -
Wow Jon C, you really don't get it. You can try and justify all you want, but it is still inexcusable. You don't need to respnd because we already know what you think.
-
I think Jon C's defense of this crap is just as pathetic. It is their JOB to watch the game.

thank you Youngmac and k Gun. BTW, climate and weather are two seperate things all together. Just b/c it is extremely cold on a random May day, doesn't mean that the climate is changing for the colder. Climate is the averages over an extended period of time. Essentially, people who don't understand that climate change is real, love to jump on silly examples ( like a snow day in May) and say that it doesn't exist.

Jeremy Shockey- biggest douche in the NFL
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to youngjebrey's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is, as Rahm Emanuel and Rush Limbaugh say, " a retarded thread. " Seriously, he has been nothing, but a model citizen and player. Do you seriously have nothing better to post!? Well, I'm about to go watch that "!@#$, douchebag" in the victory parade. I'll let him know how ya feel. -
Colts Greeted by 11 Fans at Airport
Buffalo Soldier N.O. replied to Rico's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hey Just Jack, there were over 10000 people along the airport route. Your article was referencing the practice facility about 2 miles from the airport. Today is the parade and it will be outa control!
