There is no evidence to suggest that MW "hates" Marrone, nor is he misunderstanding the chain of command.Frankly, if I was in his shoes on this team, with a suck-ass popgun offense (dead least in the RZ), I'd be inclined to give a candid answer when asked by a reporter. This is the complete opposite of most pro players who give a scripted, rehearsed, vanilla answer.
As long as MW is not being a disruptive ass to the team, which to my knowledge he is not, then I have no problem with him stating his position.He believes in his abilities and wants to help his team win....period.
For a great summary, I like FearTheLosing's take: "Regardless, seems so lame to keep a known red zone scoring talent like Williams inactive or only on special teams for any reason. The stupidity of the current offensive coaching staff is unbelievable, and I can't hardly wait for the off season."
