  1. No block in the back on their return
  2. Lee Smith is your first option there?
  3. Is it slippery out there?
  4. Graham has to make the first guy miss
  5. You have to wonder if they didn't raise this with the league.
  6. Four stupid penalties already
  7. Can we fire the ST coach yet?
  8. Of course another return flag
  9. Ofc we let them get five on the first play
  10. Ok props to Moorman when he deserves them, and he did there.
  11. False start on 3rd and 1. At home.
  12. Thing is, we don't have a receiver who will make the kind of adjustment Holmes did.
  13. He didn't think of the wind, and Holmes did.
  14. Someone did an analysis after the schedule came out that showed the Bills had six such games (against teams coming off either byes or long weeks) and no other team in the NFL had more than three. I do not think it is a conspiracy to !@#$ Buffalo. Rather, I think it's that the league doesn't give a **** about us. That's just the way the cookie crumbled after the league took care of the teams it wanted to take care of.
  15. I think that the coaches hammered into him that he could not take chances with his body; that he needed to stay healthy and on the field from now on. Sage advice, yes, but I think it bled over into his throwing game. He went from trying not to get hurt to being afraid to make mistakes. He needs to know the difference. The high fade was simply inexperience. That pass had no chance in yesterday's wind. Look what happened later on when Roethlisberger threw a corner route into the end zone: instead of lofting it, he threw it fairly flat and it cut through the wind right into his receiver's hands. EJ needs to realize this isn't Tallahassee; this is the Northeast.
  16. If we draft in X spot, (X-1) absolute can't-miss players will come out for the draft. Bank it. Hello.
  17. The thing I remember from yesterday is how he almost cost us 15 by spike-spinning the ball right in the face of his defender after his last catch. I understand he was frustrated, but at that point I actually wished the flag had been thrown. It was like the yapping and posing that Jerry Hughes did after he came free and sacked Big Ben with the score what, 23-3?
  18. This reminds me of when Flutie played for us and you knew we whether had won or lost by counting the "I's" and "we's" in his postgame interviews. If he said "I did this" a lot, it was a win. If instead he tended to say "we did that," it was a loss. You could take it to the bank. Every week.
  19. I really lost it all with that punt. My son, who is ten, was incredulous. And didn't Marrone say we were going to see some new things in the red zone this week? Granted, we hardly ever got there.
