  1. I know the team should be blocking out national media, but I'm a fan so I'm hungry for a response. I know this ended as a blowout amidst the 1 pm games but I'm surprised to hear nothing
  2. I ate Nashville hot chicken on Saturday. Ok, a California based chain of Nashville hot chicken but it's the best I've found in the area (Dave's hot chicken has legitimately the best crust I've seen from a fast food/fast casual place)
  3. Wait so Salah is gone and they brought in Davante Adams and they *still* lost? What's the problem now Aaron?
  4. I won't say "better" but I think that I can make a convincing case that he should be our 1st and 2nd down back: We saw teams plug the front to stop Cook who thrives when he has wiggle room. David has more of a power attack. Cook I see as a poor man's CMC (which right now is better than actual CMC) and Samuel has never looked right so why not use him as a WR/RB hybrid?
  5. I agree on Samuel. He hasn't been right since Week 1. Reinforcements have arrived and Cook can do a lot of the things I expected Samuel to be doing now that Davis is a solid between the tackles runner
  6. I think the latest ones are tongue in cheek because we are quite happy with his progress
  7. Some say Keon Coleman is still running for 150 yards
  8. They already had great constituent pieces. Cooper barely knows the offense (see him asking Keon for the second plat after Josh kill the initial on Cooper's touchdown) and he still managed to get things flowing just by being out there
  9. I wanted Franklin. Today Beane showed why he is far better at talent evaluation than I am.
  10. It's one game. But it's been since Week 18 vs the Dolphins that Josh had a 300 yard game and he just did it vs what had been a top passing defense up until that point
  11. Agreed. That's the kind of performance we were expecting by this point of the season for both. It's hard to overstate the impact
  12. That might be the ugliest 24 point win I've ever seen. Buuuut that's a 24 point win. Amari Cooper immediately showed what we traded for him and Coleman is the beneficiary
  13. I've been thinking about that. He's definitely closer to the end of his career but using what the Titans paid Hopkins I think so. 2025 is a bit right but back loaded and a ~3 year deal with the expectation of it being two and maybe a void year I think Beane could swing it
  14. I love Cook, but the more I see of Davis I want him as our 1st and 2nd down back and have Cook be more of what Samuel was supposed to be.
  15. To be fair it's better than the other way around. I remember a stretch of the drought, maybe the Trent Edwards era where the team had it together in the 1st half and then utterly disintegrated in the 2nd
  16. 3rd and 18. The Titans have us where they want us!
  17. Guys it turns out that Josh Allen is really good at intermediate distance passes. Maybe we should try more of them
  18. Never stop your opponent when they're in the middle of making a mistake. I'll take it
  19. The crazy thing to me is that we started off the year doing things like that. I remember week one having Coleman running a slant route against a guy he physically outmatched and got a PI call. He DID have offensive originality I just have zero idea what's happened
  20. Oof. This is bad. Very bad. The sad thing is that it could be much worse
