  1. KW better pick it up, everyone knows the # of tackles by your All-Pro NT is an important tiebreaker when it comes to getting into the playoffs.
  2. Mary won't have to pay an estate tax period. It doesn't apply to spouses. But when the $ / team passes to children, the tax will apply. + the capital gains tax if the team is sold while he's alive. Which is why it won't be.
  3. It looks like he was back in Niagara Falls for this haunted house. Kudos to him for giving back to the community. http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5147/5693984685_4acc9386f1_b.jpg
  4. He is unemployed (in a state of unemployment), which is not the same thing as collecting unemployment benefits. No hyperbole needed.
  5. I hope Ralph got paid back for that little loan.
  6. It was also called the week before in one of the National games, I forget which.
  7. Just because he wasn't playing in the NFL doesn't mean he wasn't playing, he was still playing football. In fact, in 2006 he played 2 seasons (one in NFL Europe and one with the Bills.) He's now played 8 seasons of professional football (9 if you count the double season in 2006.) I love Freddie, and I hope he plays 5 more productive years. But the odds are against that happening.
  8. I was born in NYC, and now live in NJ, and sometimes root for the Jets, but usually only when they're bad, or playing someone else I don't like.
  9. You're very likely going to have to replace Fred Jackson within the next 2-3 years anyway. And he's under contract this year and next.
  10. Not disrespecting Wegmans, I'm just thinking if he hasn't had them before, he should first try them at Ted's. Believe me, I would do just about anything (except move I guess?) to have a Wegmans close enough to do my regular shopping at.
  11. Are you in Buffalo? Ditch Wegman's and go to Ted's.
  12. Fred J is still under contract next year. After that he will be 32. I think he's earned more money, but from a business perspective, I don't know that it makes sense to redo his contract.
  13. Yeah, only ****ty QBs throw interceptions without thinking about whether they'll be in position to make the tackle.
  14. And taking an average after 3 games is asking for some pretty skewed results.
  15. I don't think the Bills will overlook the Bengals. I do think the Bengals will be desperate, and thus dangerous. They will come out with a lot of intensity, and if we don't match it, we could be down early again.
  16. So stats are more important than quality of opponent?
  17. It's a pathetically run franchise. Not many cities would take as many losing seasons as Cinci has had and continue to sell tickets like Buffalo. Throw in a star QB sitting rather than taking another snap, and an owner too stubborn to get something in return for him, and you've got a debacle.
  18. Am I the only one that thinks Jack Kemp? I never saw Kemp play, but their path to becoming starters seems similar.
  19. ****, the most it'll let you but is 999.
  20. That would be some super bowl run.
  21. Was he wearing his fairy outfit from the DirecTV commercial when he said it?
  22. I don't think Fitz is the type of guy to overlook an opponent, he's seen teams do it against him his whole career. I think our offense shows up anyway, and Cinci's offense doesn't scare me at all. With that said, it's hard to win in the NFL. Anything can happen come Sunday.
  23. Still nothing, huh? We now have a better statistical chance of going 19-0 than 0-16, 1-15 or 2-14.
