    Totally with you on the Elway hate. Easily hated him more than Aikman. He's second to Marino as far as quarterbacks go.

    Fact: They have had average talent. I don't know why that would change based on "ifs" at quarterback, in the secondary, coaching and especially on the offensive line and in the linebacking corps. True, they've improved at wide receiver. I'll give you that, but that's about it. Not a pessimist, just a realist. They're average.

    Give me Norwood over Lindell any day. At least Norwood was ready and willing to try from 45-plus regardless of conditions. He was a helluva kicker for the time.
