High Mark

OMFG Ellison is the WORST linebacker I HAVE EVER SEEN. EVER. Its every down. Every down he f**** up. I hope you recorded the Carolina game, go back and watch it. Its down right putrid. I cannot even begin to put his play into words. I just never knew someone that bad could ever exist.

My question is: Will all the fans still be happy with these wins when he is retained? I sure as hell wont be. My goal for this season is to have Dick fired by the end of it. That way I can have hope for 2010 and beyond.

I think they are both great. Easily our two .best OL this season. I would say Wood is better with bull rushes but gets beat with quicker-agility type moves. Levitre has more trouble with Bull rushes but is better with the quicker style moves. I say that because anytime I notice either is being beat, that seems to be the reason. Levitre yesterday was pushed back into Fitz and caused a and throw on an open out route. Wood has been schooled at times too. I simply like Wood more because on run plays, you can see him driving defenders 5-10 yards downfield. When there is a pile up at the end of the run, he comes in and just hits guys for the hell of it. If we had 5 Woods on the OL we would never have to pass. I will take 4 Woods/Levitres and one Butler though.

Wood and Levitre are great. Meredith, for being picked up from another teasm practice squad, has been great. He blocked Peppers better than any other tackled we have employed recently would have. This team needs 2 more OL, and I really think we are missing Butler, which means 3 diff starters next year. I hope Wood moves to center, which I heard Chris Carter say was the 2nd hardest position for a college player to adjust to in the NFL (behind QB). Hopefully the plan is to move him and Butler back inside. That way Hang can backup anywhere on the interior and Butler can kick outside if needed. At this point Bell/Scott/Meredith are just backup quality tackles, I want playoff quality tackles.

It doesnt bother you that our D cannot stop the run? Are you contempt with that win? Sorry I must have higher aspirations for this franchise.

Keith Ellison totally lowered the bar as far as terrible terrible football goes. He has been so bad the entire year, yet took leaps and bounds backwards today. Am I the only one who notices this? It is laughable and embarassing. Never keeps contain, always over pursues, cannot cover anyone, plays patty-cake rather than taking on a blocker, today he was even pancaked by a STIFF ARM. My Lord why wont he just get injured so I can stop watching that joke of a football player.

Yea lets just hope opposing Qbs continue to be very inaccurate. I am not discrediting Byrd, because he has made a lot of good plays and has outperformed our other safeties, but some of his interceptions would have been big time completions if it were an accurate pass.

Yea, we need two tackles (one may be Butler, but we still dont know how he will fare)

Whitner and Byrd will be starters I think. But even when Whitner and Scott were around, Byrd was on the field with them. Dont be suprised to see 3 safeties on the field again.

One team winning and their opponent losing can be two completely different things. One of those times was today.

Unless he had a lazer pointer aimed at that punt return mans eye, then no.

I have seen this too many times, I stand by my prediction that we still lose.

I would rather know if I needed two scores with 6 mins left, than >2 mins left. I never understood that decision there. Why not figure out as early as possible if you will need 2 scores?

I will standd by my Bills blow it prediction. Dick will call a pass on third and short and it will come back to beat us with extra time on the clock.

Well what about him breaking multiple tackles behind the LOS and getting positive yards. I guess that counts for nothing.

Thats better than Jacksons - 1-2 yards per play. Lynch breaks tackles that would down Jackson. Bother their numbers suck because there are no holes, but Lynch is better hands down. It is obvious.

If you cant see how he runs threw/over/around defenders, why should I waste my time?
