I would still take Singletary over 90% of the coaches around the league today. His offensive roster is worse than ours, just not as injured. His team competes every week not like our joke of a team. Give him a competant roster and his wins improve. And Ryan has his D playign great as well. How many games do you want him to win when his QB turns the ball over 4 times a game.

There are so very very good guards out there too. I feel like we have to address this issue in FA because we just dont have enough draft picks. LBs, DLs, OLs, QB.... we have too many needs not to.

Maybe they can make a rule requiring them to give slow white kids like me a tryout.... because Im sure I would succeed in the NFL if I had an equal opportunity. The cream rises to the top regardless of opportunity.

Dont forget Minn. From what I hear their dome is falling apart around itself and their lease expires in 2011 or 2012 I think. Them and the Jags are 1 and 2, Bills a distant third to move IMO (as SD and Oak are only going to LA, nowhere else.)

I agree we need to trade away some good vets for more picks, but the players you selected to mention I dont understand. How can you include Evans and Stroud and not Schobel and Kelsay? Both are so overpaid it is killing our cap situation and handcuffing our DL. Evans is a great weapon and any rookie QB will need a vet target. Stroud is one of the games top DTs and there is no reason he shouldnt produce well into his 30s like Pat Williams. I can see the logic in Lynch and Whitner because Whitner is a solid starter but we have replaced him easily and RBs are a dime a dozen. This team needs to part ways witht he over paid losers that are Kelsay and Schobel - Schobel could bring us a 3rd rounder, Kelsay should just be cut. If we go 3-4 both of them are without a position anyways.

He played about 30% of the time. Has for the past couple weeks. Thats just what was expected out of such a reach.

Tell that to the countless rookies who are playing extremely well this season, including Maclin Harvin Cushing Byrd Oher Britton Monroe Massaquoi and Orakpo, who has 5.5 sacks and plays two positions for a D that is much more talented than ours. Your argument might hold water if he was not the 11th player selected or a QB, but forgive me for expecting more. I just wish he played and looked promising doing so. All he has done is played like a little b*tch getting crushed.

Scott was our best LB I think. Considering he is a DB, that is awful.

Poz is good but misses on his gaps IMO. When he whiffs its always noticed because it results in TDs/big runs/etc. With an NFL caliber DL and coaching staff he will only be better.

I also want to ask this question... Why do people think he could play LB in a 3-4? Would he instantly become a good pas rusher? Learn to play with leverage? Would he grow stronger? I mean really whether he is a DE or LB his job is to rush the passer...I think he is just physically incapable of doing it. Maybe he could play safety?

Just make OL one giant need. We need help everywhere. Ts, Gs, Cs, we need new starters and have little depth.

Did anyone watch him on the G. Wilson interception play? My God I laughed my ass off. Lined up at RE, runs upfield, rolls back under, and is absolutly demolished by the LG. Head over heels, landing flat on his shoulder blades. I have never seen a DL be de-cleated like that while rushing. (I have seen Hangartner routinely bowled over tho) Someone NEEDS to put the on youtube. Anyone got a recording of the game?

A kid on my college team had the same break, both tib and fib clean break, but I think it was lower on his led than Woods. He had a titanium rod put it (not sure if he ever got it taken out) and was on crutches a couple days later. Missed the rest of the season but was back at practice in the fall - which was less than 6 months. He should be fine for next year. Just too bad - he was my favorite player.

Dude its Kiper, he sucks. There are plenty of good tackles to be had, not as many as past years but they are there. I will be intereeted to see if Baluga declares because he is a real road grader. Ciron Black is awful though.

Just line up Fitz at WR on that play, then he never came out, and thus can go back in.
