  1. I would almost be willing to roll the dice with him and give him an unprecedented amount guaranteed and signing bonus to lower the contract amount and just hope for the best.
  2. Would the team ever even consider approaching him about something like this? Or would that be disrespectful? Or would Josh Allen himself have to actually suggest it?
  3. I'm being a little facetious. I realize it probably won't be half a billion, but Mahomes got 450 million. Does Josh need 45 million a year or would he be ok with 40 or 35 or even 30? Or is that completely outside the realm of possibility?
  4. Is this possible? Could or would Josh Allen take a below market value contract like Tom Brady did for the benefit of his team? I know it seems silly at face value but Josh is cut from a different cloth. He is a consumate team player and genuinely a good person and cares about his team and teammates. To build a dynasty and further gain the respect of his teammates would he ever consider this? I'm sure his agent wouldn't be happy but I don't think money is Josh Allen's primary driving focus. To be able to keep Milano, Williams, and even pay his friend Diggs? I mean seriously, when is enough enough? Does it have to be 500 million? Isn't 350 million or 400 million enough to live comfortably for the rest of his life? Would the rest of the league, particularly the quarterbacks be critical of him for doing this? I'm just curious what everyone's take is? And if so, what would he be willing to accept?
  5. "I will say it.... Am more worried about Indy THEN anything that comes after...." Maybe it's just me, but I have a hard time taking serious any thoughts not utilizing basic grammar.
  6. This isn't entirely true. A lot of coaches interview just for the "experience" in case they ever decide they do seriously want to consider taking a job. In fact I'm sure McDermott encourages coaches to interview as "experiencing" the interview process can be invaluable. My question is what is the draw? I'm serious. I realize there's only 32 NFL head coaches. But there's also only 32 NFL offensive coordinators. And with the added benefit of this being his home town, raising his kids here, his family being here, being in an extremely well run organization with a franchise QB and with the possibility of building a dynasty. Why would you want to leave? He could be eternally immortalized here with the likes of Levy, Polian, Kelly. With multiple Superbowl rings. Or he could go to another team and fail miserably through no fault of his own and have that on his resume. Is it just money? Or power? Or ego? What is the motivation? Because if it's just money, give him a raise. I know I would prefer to stay and build a New England type dynasty right here in Western New York.
  7. I think it might have been bad juju putting it in Kansas City, but not New England.
  8. Who is next best 3-4 defensive end and how many sacks did he have?
  9. I disagree with this. I don't believe Beane or McDermott or Daboll would take Mahomes over Allen right now. And there might be a few more GM's that might actually prefer Allen.
  10. How about this for a suggestion. Don't click on it. Or don't read it. Or don't respond. Better yet, just go away and be miserable somewhere else.
  11. Who is next on the list as a 3-4 and how many did he have?
  12. Not double or triple covering Metcalf was totally boneheaded.
  13. Buffalo Boy is 100% correct and JoshAllenHasBigHands not so much. You are beyond clueless
  14. Maybe the real reason for the team switch.
  15. I think he was draining them years before "deflategate" and hasn't stopped since
  16. https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/rob-gronkowski-says-tom-brady-called-him-crying-about-trade/amp/ Gronkowski and Brady are also good pals outside of the gridiron. Brady praised his friend’s penis as “amazing” while talking with Howard Stern in April. Later that month, the University of Arizona alum told Andy Cohen that it did “kind of surprise” him to hear Brady talk about his manhood, but he was ultimately flattered. “Oh man,” Gronkowski said. “Well, he did describe [mine] as looking ‘amazing,’ which I think is the biggest compliment in my career, along with playing with Tom.”
  17. Actually dogs are smarter and more loyal. According to scientists, dogs have twice as many neurons as cats and are smarter.
  18. Can I throw in Mike Schopp and the Bulldog.
  19. This... Oh and no ring for Sammy
  20. I'm actually curious what the boundary is between a good play and a penalty. Can a player attempt to punch a ball out, miss, and strike that player in the chest, or arm, or head? How is punching someone under the guise of going for the ball still legal? I want to know the actual difference or the cut off boundary that it would be called a penalty. If Jerry Hughes did that exact same thing to Tom Brady and missed the ball and struck Brady in the chest would he be flagged?
  21. I had zero interest in Metcalf because of his one dimensionality. And as a fan of Beane and our current scouting department and seeing their genuine worry about possibly losing Ford when another team traded ahead of them and then their joy when they got him, I am willing to give the "experts" the benefit of the doubt. But this post did get me thinking a little bit about guys I did like and how I had no idea how they are currently doing. So it got me to do a little research. I'm not much of a 20/20 hindsite type of guy. It is what it is. The past can't be changed. If it could we'd all be lottery winners. But I was curious about the 2 guys I did like and by some accounts they're both doing well. AJ Brown Titans Rookie WR A.J. Brown Shows Out Before “Big Bro” Julio Jones https://www.titansonline.com/news/titans-rookie-wr-a-j-brown-shows-out-before-big-bro-julio-jones Dalton Risner Broncos OG Dalton Risner Earns Impressive PFF Grade Through First Five Games https://www.si.com/nfl/broncos/news/denver-broncos-og-dalton-risner-earns-impressive-pff-grade-through-first-five-games/ I'm not trying to stir up any more controversy. I'm still willing to wait and see with Ford. I do love his passion and willingness to defend his teammates and QB. I'm just saying we can't draft everyone. We can't have every good player. We can't hit on every single draft pick. Or get them all "exactly" right. But I for one have complete faith in Beane, Dan Morgan, and the rest of our scouting staff. My bigger fear is losing Dan Morgan or other members of our scouting staff as the years pass. They are all on one page, all have a vision, and all finally "get it."
  22. Um not shopped. Plenty of pics of them, their wedding, and children
  23. I think Drew Rosenhaus and his wife are doing just fine... Drew Rosenhaus net worth: Drew Rosenhaus is a famous sports agent who has a net worth of $65 million. With a net worth like that, it's no wonder he's one of the more famous football agents to the general public.
