  1. Actually, I would settle for a replay as I am in Bangkok and have to work in the morning.
  2. Newsflash he won't have to pay fines, and he will get a new payoff. Sounds like he gets some of what he wanted to me.
  3. I think his job is secure even if he is less than 500% but it shouldn't be. I think if they have a good year he should stay the coach but by good year I mean 2nd round playoffs LOL. 3 years rebuilding is enough (even through the draft ((on the cheap))! I would guess from last few year tactics we would go to Bobby April as HC if he got canned. Personally I would like to see Cowa........oh sh--, that aint going to happen why even type it.
  4. No he was in camp so not PUPable. I think his knee felt worse (this last week, he was out of the practices, no?) and he saw the dollar bills waiting at the end of the season (as stated in post by ans4), so he told them I am getting the surgery. Might have been a bad choice with bad timing in retrospect but that is what he did and at the least he will be healthy going to whoever he plays for next year. One thing I know is the Bills do have confidence that they are ok at the position and putting him IR was a vote of that confidence to the other guys (plus it opens a valuable roster spot). If they are right, good. I like AC and wonder about it though. I am not sure how the other guys look at it either. But what is done is done. With Peters back, I want to hear that they sign Evans before the opener now. We have had enough question marks going into the season. Time to take care of all the preseason business Russ. The giants showed class can the Bills?
  5. in terms of playing time it wasn't a good thing, no body wins and hopefully he will be back and good all season (as in he won't get hurt). It may well have improved the rest of the line getting all of his reps or filling in. I think the FO did the right thing, but GOD am I glad it is over!
  6. I think he should, don't like that James guy at all. I think he is a goner. corner is such a plesent surprise as well, we are good at DB this year IMO. I hope Greer can be kept after the season, he stepped up big last year and I really think he is still improving. I am excited to see the way they play this year.
  7. I just watched and he gets my vote. He can sure as hell organize his people and image, plus write and give a speech that is befitting a Leader.
  8. damm I slept through it know where it is rebroadcast on the internet (I'm in Bangkok).
  9. actually I want him around (I think we can use a traditional FB in the winter in Buffalo with a strong running game) and his special teams work is great. It was just the first game and a half I felt he was getting beat on blocks. That being said I don't really know why I said it? Oopps
  10. a very moble QB with good accruracy, pretty big and strong, not a senior yet, yes he plays in too gimicky of a system but a TD machine yeah ok I'll pass we need a TE If hes BOTB I say get er done. (although I like Trent) Oh and BTW the next year, watch this kid play some a lot of his skills translate.
  11. I kinda agree but I think he is PS this year.^^^^^^^^
  12. my picks for who is gone and who is ps? IDK Banks, Jon Bryan, Copeland I like him well enough, just think Ellis has more size and upside Buggs, Marcus Costanzo, Blake Corto, Jon, PS I hope looks good to me not sure if he can though Costanzo, Blake Fine, Derek (IR) see ya next year really sorry you broke your thumb or (PS) Fox, Dustin Evans, Jonathan Gaddis, Christian Hall, Bruce Huggins, Felton (although I like him) Johnson, Steve def PS hope no one else signs him Estes, Patrick Mace, Corey Massaquoi, Tim (I hope seems useless to me) McCaskill, Nevin McCray, Teraz (PS) Bowen, Alvin (IR) Wright, Dwayne PS if he can? Omen looks good too, can't predict, but think the fumbles cost him James, Will I hope, youboty has shown up I like him in the slot better for now Scott, Bryan think he is ok,? but Wending better on ST hmm....21 how did I do that LOL well we will need a spot for peters and adding pickups after the drop day, I also hate getting rid of OL men but you can add a couple of your chioce.
  13. They both have had injuries and they both have had bad O lines. I hope they do better this year. The line being together for a year and a blocking FB (although I think Barnes could be a surprise cut) should make them better (assuming Peters makes it back). They have looked ok so far. I think Walker, Doughtry and Fowler (I know poeple love to hate him but.....) are solid and have been impressive so far, we will know how they are doing by week four. I do think the good thing about Peters HO is that the back ups got lots of work and the starters got some practice in other spots (which if Peters or someone else gets hurt they will need). I look forward to seeing JP hope he can do well, I think it is a good oppertunity for him to raise his value. I am curious who will be the thrid and who is kept on the PS this year.
  14. I liked the almost I formations and then the play action. I would hope they will sweep off that when and if Jason gets back in the fold. I also liked the slash backs that Oman and Wright ran. 2 plays for 10+ yards on those. Nice pacing in that game overall. Hope is that they keep it up.
  15. Well, I for one think it is too bad for all the name calling on here. That said, Obama is going to win and the swiftboating (I agree it is not the right term just one in the national venceculaur at the moment) won't work twice. The problem for the reps. is B-U-S-H and how much McCain sounds like him. As my mother used to say "change is good". Most people are going to believe that. Obama has some stuggles ahead to be sure, but after seeing how well he has done using his weaknesses to his advantage. I can't see how he will lose. I know I find him a bit less scary than Mc Cain even though I am closer in some ways to Mc Cain's pol. ideals.
  16. Maybe people like me would invest in the stock market more if we had the money to do so. Getting rid of loop holes only works for a little while too, but it is worth it. I think we need to stop spending so much on the military, (our way of investing in EXXON these days it seems) now there could be some money spent in a wiser way, but no. We would rather have failing infrastucture endless war and cheap gas, right. BTW, people don't have to get nasty because they don't agree. Oh and I am refering to the people implying that some other people are stupid not the one I quoted
  17. I agree the thing that killed the drives was penalties, not our defense I thought they could of played better. I liked watching the second team better until the rookie qb ran in. He is a threat. If big Ben goes down I would start him not Leftywimp.
  18. I agree and running for an average 5 yards a carry is something we should see Marshawn do more of this year. I think the running game will make a come back with the rule changes. I loved the fact that Turk put in some playaction and the shotgun draw. I would love to see a tee formation with Barnes, Lynch, and Jackson to run some misdirections, some sweeps or an option pass. I am convinced with the rules the way the stand now combined with the small size of many Ds, and swarm with speed philisophy of the Tampa style Ds, bowl them over or misdirect is the way to go. Wouldn't mind seeing a few I formation sweeps either (when our star decieds he should be back with his boys). If we are bringing back the FB position we outta use it the way it was meant to be used, esply come winter. From one newbie to another nice post.
  19. Thanks this is interesting guys hope you do keep at it. Myself I only got to see replay highlights and in those Youboty loses to the Corner kid.
