ralph is cought in a spot here. if he keeps jauron he keeps a guy he can control wich is very important to ralph. and is still cheaper than any other nfl coach but he knows he can't sell jauron to the ticket buyers or lack of.

maybe a new philosophy will wake this team up.jauron is not a leader. the players love him because he doesn't get in their faces when they mess up or don't work hard enough.he is too soft on his players.maybe if they feared their jobs a little bit and maybe if the coach is tougher during traning camp will the team toughen up. a weird thought just popped into my head.maybe marv levy sugested to ralph to hire jauron knowing he would fail as a head coach. don't forget marv lobbied for the head coaching job and ralph gave him gm instead.probably not but just a thought

the tampa two defense is for girl scouts.i would much rather have a defense that dictates to the offense not the other way around. i like dick lebeau s zone blitz style or buddy ryans 46 defense. imo an aggresive defense forces more turnovers. we need a defense that plays with an attitude.

i use to work at the lasvegas hilton while attending unlv, my advice gamble off the strip machines are looser for the locals. best eating bargins as well. worst place to gamble imo ceasars best shrimp scampi in the world is served at binions horseshoe. good luck
