And I read on PFT that Stallworth's lawyers are trying to get him charged with just DUI and not DUI manslaughter, claiming that even if he wasn't impaired, he still would have hit and killed the vic, because he jaywalked across a busy highway. Apparently there's a distinction, in that you have to have caused the accident by being impaired.
