  1. They won't sit him. They drafted him, JP's gone at the end of the year, and they'll give Trent every chance to hang himself more. Unfortunately, I don't see him becoming OK. After over a season's worth of starts, he should be getting better, not worse.
  2. What? This loss wasn't Trent's fault? LMMFAO! Hate to break it to you, but as I said before, the last 4 losses have been largely his fault. Tonight just sealed the deal on my statement.
  3. No, conservatism is okay when your QB isn't a turnover machine.
  4. The fact that he looked good beating the Chargers, after suffering the concussion, and then playing so horribly the past 4 weeks, is perplexing.
  5. It's partly the "the backup QB is the most popular guy on the team" and his first-ever drive.
  6. I can't see his psyche recovering from the concussion and then all the turnovers. The Browns' defense is horrid and he was playing at home. It's not going to get much easier than that! Why bother playing Losman now? The season is over. Injuries are mounting. Losman's gone at the end of the season. It's either stick with Trent or go with Hamdan.
  7. He's not JP, who was the antichrist because he couldn't make chicken salad with chicken shiit. And now JP's on his way out of town, which is probably best for everyone. Trent make his legend off of his first-ever drive against the Pats last year. And it carried him for a long time.
  8. The Bills WERE a good football until Trent forgot how to play. They were in every game except for the Cards game, even with Trent's mistakes.
  9. Yeah, like never.
  10. I can't sleep I'm so pissed, and I can't help but post. Trent is DONE, folks. Think Ryan Leaf without screaming at a reporter done. There is no way anyone can know if he'll ever get his confidence back, but it's looking highly doubtful. He looks like the worst Bills QB since the Kelly days ended, and that includes Collins, Hobert, and RJ. The thing is, playing JP and maybe winning a few more games likely doesn't mean playoffs, and then he's gone at the end of the season. So do you play Hamdan? And I'm officially sick of Jauron. He's a 7-9/8-8 coach at best. The problem there is that he signed a 3-year extension and Ralph wouldn't fire him at the end of the season. Although he should and Jauron should refuse the money he was given (Shyeah, right!).
  11. It will be here a long time. And after decades of being a Bills fan, I can't watch this team anymore this season. I simply can't.
  12. This still doesn't make sense. So McNabb didn't know that you only play 1 quarter in OT, fine. I assume he knew that it's sudden death OT. And it's not like the Eagles had the ball and were driving to end the OT period, figuring they had another OT period.
  13. Mess what up? Her using you (assuming that's what she's doing and not inviting an advance from you with the "Why can't I find a decent guy" line)?
  14. You're right that Trent is in a no-win situation tonight. If he wins, it was just the Browns. If he loses...oh boy. But he doesn't need to win a SB. Just play well the rest of the season and possibly take the Bills into the playoffs. He doesn't even need to win a playoff game. I can't speak for others, but I've already said that replacing Trent with JP isn't a good situation at all. Regardless of what JP does, short of leading the team to the SB, he's GONE at the end of the year and franchising him isn't even a remote possibility. It's a short-term gain (assuming the Bills make the playoffs, and if JP can't turn things around, they would insert Trent back in there) but long-term loss. So with that I say, "Go Trent, Go Bills!"
  15. Whitner and Hardy are a go. Good.
  16. Alright, it's almost time. Let's make this thread irrelevant, Trent!
  17. I assume that man's ass accepted your pleas for a date?
  18. Before we dated, my wife told me "you're like a brother to me." Hence the mixed signals. Don't let it discourage you and jump on that ASAP. Then again, my wife doesn't have a brother (or sister). But like I told grunt, ask her out and get it over with instead of stringing yourself along/letting her string YOU along.
  19. I hope no one is fantasizing about the potential new Buffalo owner/ship spending tons of money on coaches and players. It ain't gonna happen. In fact, I'll predict the new owner/ship spends LESS than Ralph did.
  20. I'd rather have a mediocre product than no product at all. As I said in another thread, Buffalo isn't where coaches or players want to play unless they're getting over market rates. And with the market the Bills have, it's not like that's a smart strategy. But you're free to root for whatever team you want. Unlike your parents, you CAN choose your football team. Just ask Defender51.
  21. Thank goodness. The franchise could have moved several times by now. But it is what it is. You might as well cry about how your parents didn't have enough money/spend enough money on you. Oh wait, most people blame their parents for their problems. My bad.
  22. I think Trent not throwing a pick-six in the redzone would have helped more. And Trent's on the team; Harvey is not.
  23. Coughlin was almost run out of NY last year, until their improbable late run. And the Bills never had a shot at him, not with the Giants needing a HC.
  24. You're right. Ralph has always wanted to be GM and coach of the Bills.
  25. Hey, I wanted Ngata. But I'm not going to beat my chest saying I was right or claim that I knew that he'd pan-out.
