Yeah, that's what sucks about the whole situation. Trent is playing like crap and JP is gone at the end of the year. It's a no-win situation unless somehow Trent gets it together NOW, or the rest of the offense picks-up their level of play to compensate (hmmm, where have we heard THAT before?).
If the Bills were out of the playoff hunt, I'd say stick with Trent and let him use the rest of the season to show whether he's the man or if the Bills need to find a new QB. But since they aren't out of it yet, they need to do whatever they can to try and win games. If that means benching Trent and seeing what JP can do, so be it. I don't know what "Trent fanboys" are so afraid of? Is his ego that fragile?
