Another thing that really hindered the offense that no one brought up was the penalties. Any big gain, or nice play that was wiped out on a penalty is forgotten, stats don't count. That is one aspect of the whole offense that has to get better. It's tough enough beating another team, it makes it more difficult when you keep beating yourself with costly penalties.

That was a great piece!....If you grew up rooting for Jim,and the Bills of the early 90's there's no way you had a dry eye after watching that. I for one feel very fortunate to have him and that team as some of my greatest memories growing up. #kellytough #buffaloisfamily

I will take the 4cyl. Cummins conversion in my Jeep any day. ($$20k$$) But then again we don't have any hills in Florida, just mud and rocks.

Relax, the CFL season has started. We have scouts heading north as we speak.....Kidding of course, but this does suck. I was really looking forward to see how he developed in his second year. Injuries happen to every team, every year. I don't want to trivialize but he is a LB, a position not as important as a future franchise QB. If I had to pick between losing Kiko or EJ, I would pick Kiko.....Next up needs to step up, pure and simple.

The stadium experience includes seeing more field. Which allows you to see plays develop. On TV you only see what's in the frame, and they dictate what your seeing. I went to a game in Miami several years ago, Terrance McGee took the opening kickoff in for a TD. From where I was sitting you could see the hole, and see it was going to happen.You don't see that hole on TV..... Then I got to high five random strangers also dressed in Bills gear. Stadium experience is better then TV IMO.

Time to gather up some old "Fear the Beard" T-shirts, and put them on Houston Craigslist, they will sell like hot cakes I tell ya!

What about special teams, Dustin Hopkins, Brian Moorman?...can Carpenter repeat his success from last year? will age finally catch up to Moorman? Who will our returners be? I believe special teams play will effect many bubble players. They have to be versatile to be valuable.

I have been a fan of Sammy Watkins since his high school days here in Fort Myers, Florida. I was really hoping he would go to FSU, but still followed him at Clemson. He has the "IT" factor, and not in a selfish me, me type of way. His sophomore year was kind of a down year, but overall his results were terrific. I was so happy when they drafted EJ last year, being a fan of FSU. And I was equally ecstatic when they drafted Sammy. Now I know college results don't mean squat in the NFL. But both those kids can be something special.

Instead of ESPN having a draft grade show the day after the draft ends. Why don't they go back three years, and do a draft grade show based on those analysis?...Go back and look at the picks they cheered, and jeered for and see who was right. The teams, or the draft gurus. I bet more often then not the gurus were wrong. Let's go back and see who got value, who reached, who was a sleeper, and who was a bust. It would be far more entertaining then the guessing that they are doing now.

Yes he is!....he was a hell of a player in high school as well, played at South Fort Myers high. We are a small town between Tampa, and Miami. But this area has put out many, many NFL players.
