This is a long way of saying nothing. The tariffs are raising prices on consumer goods, as anyone who has taken Micro 101 would tell you. What would “cutting regulations” in NY do? This is federal policy. As I’ve said from the beginning, I don’t give a solitary ***** where my stuff comes from so long as it meets our safety standards. And I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay higher costs for worse products just so some loser in Ohio can stand at a production line all day.

If the plan was to make Dems release them, why did every Republican vote against the release? Further, if they were made up by Democrats, as Trump alleges, why wouldn’t they be released?

Gee whiz, when you increase the cost to build something - the cost gets passed on to the consumer! Wow!

I trust Powell more than any human being in the Trump administration. He’s the only one who knows what he’s doing.
