The Dean Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 Pete, why do you need something special to cut and paste? Apple has a built-in text editor that should store the cut, while you open up the other doc to paste.

You could also bring up your SpotLight search and just type "TextEdit" and it should be the top hit.

I maximize it. I start emacs. I do everything from that Window until I leave. Well, almost everything, Firefox is how I slack off.
