Teach a man to fish, and you can tax his gear, make him pay through the nose for a license, and then give his fish to someone else, because why should he have fish when others are too unfortunate to have fish? Know anyone who's lived out of a shipping container and prostituted themselves to eat? If not, stop making ivory tower declarations of what you want the government to do with my money.
