Prioleau has now played on three teams where Williams has been a staff member (Buffalo, Washington, Jacksonville). For those that don't know Williams is Jacksonville's defensive coordinator. The team made it official with a press release today. Indianapolis was another team that had expressed interest. But Seattle had to get some insurance quickly after starter Marcus Tubbs underwent knee surgery recently. It's a nice move for Tripplett who returns to his roots having played his college ball at the University of Washington. As horribly as Tripplett played for us, what's the ONE chance he is actually motivated and shows up? That's right -- the first game of the season against the team that cut him.
