In case you are wondering, Pat Bowlen (the Broncos owner) is of the NFL Broadcast Committee,

Although I'm tired of seeing both the Cowboys and Broncos I won't complain about what's available in primetime as long as the game is a good one. What I don't want to see are these teams playing bad teams (like, say Oakland or Green Bay). At this time of year I want to see games which have playoff implications for both teams, not just one.

These are the teams on tv in the Cincinnati area as of this weekend. The numbers do not take into account who played who.

13 times - CIN

7 - PIT, NYG, IND

6 - CAR, DEN, DAL, CLE

5 - SEA, NE, MIN, CHI, BAL, NO

4 - JAX, SD, OAK,

3 - KC, TB, SF, ATL, GB

2 - PHI, NYJ, AZ, MIA

1- DET

0 - BUF, HOU, TEN, STL...still shut out of seeing these clubs.

Denver often has a playoff caliber team and the perception is that they are always in the mix. That makes them an attractive and safe team to schedule for prime time games. They also have a quasi- national following. I hate seeing the Broncos every week too but I wish the Bills could swap places with them.

Yep. I understand getting the other AFC North clubs here, and there, too. It's hard for me to understand the 5 Minnie showings here, as well as 7 NYG games.

I hate it too. Then again, I live in metro Denver so I'm hosed either way.
