He's been with the Bears since 2001 as offensive quality and control and special teams assistant. He interviewed for QB job too, but was happy to get the TE job. I am guessing he would speak highly of Jouron since he hired him.....but first hand knowledge on what their coaching philosophies are would be cool. I was very disapointed with his play last year though. Could probably say that about just about everyone on the team though...
