I think it's hilarious that both CInci and NE threw their games....mostly by playing non-starters in an important game for seedings. You can do one at any point in the game - running around in the pocket, whatever. It's not uncommon in rugby. Takes some practice doing it on the run. The Patriots had just scored a TD and were down by 6, so they were "supposed" to kick the extra point. The entire game was one big scrimmage for New England.
