Repeat after me the major issues on this football team are not the QB its the failure of any ability of the OL to pass protect and also the idiot play calling by the OC

grabowr30045
It won't happen regardless. TD and company don't admit mistakes. Sorry, case closed.
Peter
If we had the first pick in the draft, we would have no choice but to take him. It would be pure idiocy not to take (even though we have other serious issues). Then again, I would not put it past TD et al to think that JP is better than Leinart. Arkady Renko
We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Drafting Leinart means this year and next year will see us missing the playoffs, IMO... so I rather not consider that for now.

Tux of Borg
Two things you guys always forget to bring up when talking about Matt Leinart. 1) His 40 time is 4.9 2) He has bad knees and had numerous knee operations. He might turn out to be the greatest NFL QB ever. Who knows? But it won't happen with the Bills' current offensive line.

KOKBILLS
Ummm... IF The Bills had the #1 Pick which as bad as they look is a long, longshot...There is absolutely no way in the world they could pass on Leinart...Not in a million years under almost any circumstance... I will say this much...IF they passed on him...as a Bills Fan of 35 plus Years...It would be the single most distressing moment for me personally...And God knows we have had our share of distressing moments... No way you pass on Lienart...Even TD is not that dumb...
SACTOBILLSFAN
i think leinert is definitely a product of the system and immense talent around him. i don't see the ability in him that should make him a no.1 pick like Peyton when he came out. Mile High
What would make sense is to do what San Diego did with Eli. Trade him after he gets drafted for oodles of picks. IF a decent trade isn't offered before hand.
