Besides, you have to give the large market teams SOMETHING. Some of them are gonna have to give up half their roster in the new, more socialist NHL. The fact is the Rangers are one of four teams including Buffalo that have a slightly better chance of getting him. If you can actually call just over 6 pct a chance. I would bet ESPN would televise the press conference, where they break down how the new CBA works. If worse comes to worst, I'm sure one of the Canadian stations will have it.
