Rams fans were bummed to see him go despite Bills fans being less than enthused to sign him.  Reminds of when we signed Hyde and people kept crapping on that signing too while Packers fans were not happy to see him leave.  

 

Its a real bummer the injury happened, I had been amped up for his debut and in less than 2 games he was already making his mark.  Solomon came in after he went down and actually had some nice reps, so not sure how they manage the DL moving forward, but I definitely think with Hoecht, Ed, and Carter out for most or rest of season Beane may be active ahead of the deadline.

 

 

 

Agreed, though I will say that I thought the defense did quite well even after Hoecht went out (4th and 17 notwithstanding).

Yeah McD calling the defense (Finally, some of us have been screaming for it for weeks) these past 2 weeks has been a completely different defense.  Its like McD has a whole other level to how to use the players.  The smashed Mahomes and Chiefs players all game, it was the most physical I have seen this D in a while.

The People’s Champions? How many downs did he play for us? 
 

He’s obviously a huge talent and the caliber of player this defense needed. Still…he played barely more snaps than Vontae Davis.

What he showed many of these young DL guys was bring the energy and intensity.  I think if Solomon wants to emulate anyone it would be Hoecht.  They seemed to plug Solomon into that role.

You could tell this was a big deal to McDermott.  It’s exactly the type of DNA the organization is looking for.

He definitely brought some juice to the unit while he was on the field I hate that his season was so short I do hope that he comes to every game through out ihis rehab and pumps the team up In certain situations when they need it which is a lot ... 

 

They were missing that type of energy till he came back on the field ...
