Mad Max activated from IR and is expected to play vs the Panthers

Looked good in his first action......put a big hit on a Panthers WR that knocked him into next week!!

 

We know he has speed and can cover, but it was nice to see he can be a willing tackler as well.

Will be interesting to see what his snap count was. He seemed to be out there early and often. And it didn't seem like it was too much for him when he was.

 

Very surprised that he was activated so quickly and played as much as he did. Pleasantly so. Both are *very* uncharacteristic actions by such a conservative coach in McDermott.
