It certainly seems like this guy is the guilty party but still so many things that don’t make sense, so I am still keeping an open mind on this. 1

Well there's that whole weird music video from 13 years ago where his wife ziplines past a building that shows the date of his death. And everyone grieves differently of course, but that speech she gave shortly after seemed odd. Also there was that whole business with them taking down the cameras immediately after. Plus the "baseball signals" seemingly given out by people near him shortly before the shots. And, the shooter walking stiff legged with a gun down his pants (presumably) in a neighborhood before the shooting. But, waltzing up stairs to the roof with no problem? Those are just a few things off the top of my head. I have no idea what the meaning behind any of it would be. Video is below, go to around the 2:30 mark.
