I live in Northern Virginia which is full of angry progressives, some of whom have been furloughed as a result of the government shutdown.  They're an angry bunch, but how far off the rails do you have to go to vote for this guy?  I guess it's open season on Republicans in Virginia now.   I wonder if Jones will even bother to prosecute the assailants.

On the bright side, the shutdown likely ends soon now that it’s done its job in Virginia. 
 

NoVa voted for Jay Jones at a higher clip than Kamala Harris.

All the Trumpies who thought there was a new wave of MAGA sentiment, that the Democrats were dead in the water, now discover that being smug and arrogant is not the ticket to retaining power. The loonies won in NYC, but the regular Dems won everywhere else.
