milfandcookies Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) I worry about this deeply. My fellow Republicans have gone too far with the culture wars and “owning libs” that they are going to come back with a similar fight and it’s gonna be brutal. The liberal version of MAGA if you will. Mamdani, AOC all them. Maybe a transgender president. Republicans shoulda been working to compromise and extend the olive branch but they haven’t Edited 2 hours ago by milfandcookies 1 1

The left crossed the Rubicon in 2016 when they weaponized Federal intelligence and law enforcement against the incoming administration in order to sabotage and compromise the new administration. And it was successful. Now, they play the victim claiming "retribution". Its not retribution, its justice for crimes committed. 1 2

I think even just picking our battles for once would be a step in the right direction. for example, everybody is feeling the hurt with inflation. Could’ve been a great place for unity. the efforts should be put towards fixing that, not raising tariffs willy nilly that hurt that battle another example is RFKs crusade against Tylenol. Leave the moms alone. Literally every pregnant woman takes Tylenol, now you just pissed them all off for questionable science Edited 2 hours ago by milfandcookies

And that is true. But AOC and her compatriots are essentially carnival barkers and hustlers. Offering something for nothing. Politicians across the political spectrum can promise voters all kinds of stuff. But at the end of the day they don't have the capacity to delivery anything absent the ability to force somebody else to pay for it all through taxation or forms of asset seizure and redistribution schemes. And what is going to happen when the people that pay for all the free merchandise and prizes decide they don't want to pay much higher taxes for the free merchandise and prizes? The only way socialism can work is if citizens are not allowed to opt out of the system. Other than attempting to impose an exit tax they have no power to force anyone to stay in NYC. I expect NJ, Long Island, Connecticut, and Westchester county and states like Texas and Florida are all preparing to roll out the welcome mat for the NYC exiles. If Mamdani's regime is going to be the national Democrat's blueprint for the future of the party its likely the party will cease to exist. Edited 2 hours ago by All_Pro_Bills

What we need is to go around and have open dialogue with the left and promote non-violent resolutions. Surely they wouldn’t shoot somebody doing that in the neck or anything like that.
