I mean like a smash room where you can smash *****,  it appears they have like a paint room as well.

 

I'm Tampa I have ismash and frustration station it seems. Was looking at their sites earlier. 

 

I'm thinking about checking one out, want to hear from others that have hit it hard at one

I brought my son to one about 5-6 years ago. 
 

It was fun. Hell of a workout. Great stress reliever. 
 

The one we went to had a Bluetooth speaker so we could listen to our own music. 
 

Overall, pretty cool experience.
