For elections we have a great model in FL, where we have 99% counted by the end of the night, it is only the liberal run areas that are incompetent. Apparently in Canada everything is wrapped up with 48 hours, I believe?

24 hours in Canada but recounts can take 7 days because of controls. Speed is nice, accuracy is required.
