They leave it because housing is too expensive. Luckily, California just greatly cut back on CEQA which should help new housing be built faster. 2

I get it a friends mom that I know had a 3/2 say 1200 sq ft. on a postage stamp of a lot and 2 yrs ago sold it for $1.3 million there's no way Newsome in all of his so called Brilliance along with his fiscal mindset (by those other than me and anyone with any ounce of common sense) can bring that state back to anything that even resembles normal . From the head to the toes of political Calli is 1 F'd up state when it comes to leadership its to bad too because it was a beautiful state at 1 point & time just like NYC was a nice place to visit but their leadership have made them the arm pits of the country . Just like you if you can't see the forest for the tree's like the leadership of the state has and will continue to do then you'll get what you deserve, high taxes, high property values, over crowding, and a none sustainable life style that people will eventually move away from .
