"Since 1990, far-right extremists have committed far more ideologically motivated homicides than far-left or radical Islamist extremists, including 227 events that took more than 520 lives.[1] In this same period, far-left extremists committed 42 ideologically motivated attacks that took 78 lives.[2] "

2024 study pulled off the DOJ website September 13th.

"The National Institute of Justice (NIJ or the Institute) is the research, evaluation, and technology agency of the U.S. Department of Justice and is dedicated to improving knowledge and understanding of crime and justice issues through science."

I can believe it. Now let’s discuss where things are trending in recent times.

Cool.  A number of people on the right are pretending the left is responsible for all current political or ideological violence.  This report is cited to provide balance and perspective.

All of it is wrong.  Charlie Kirk.  Minnesota state reps and spouses.  All of it.  It doesn’t matter who is trending now.

My cited NIJ report, a branch of the DOJ itself, has also been pulled down by the DOJ citing "executive orders".

Here lies the most alarming problem:  Trump and his leadership.  Inflaming the divide instead of calming it, censoring high quality research that doesn't fit his viewpoint.

It doesn’t matter to you because of your political preferences. In reality it does matter and the left has become increasingly unhinged and violent.

Trump is a jackass and I will be glad when he’s gone. Also:

Fascist, existential threat to democracy, etc.

It does matter whose trending now.

And that trend is left.

Trying to both sides this and the "of course the assassination of Charlie Kirk is horrendous but...." takes are why the left is justifiably being shunned and the sane part of the country is just moving on without you.

Trying to act like the reaction to Charlie's death is equal to the reactions of the Minnesota incident is despicable.

Going from the assassin was a MAGA groyper to we don't know his motive yet.

Truly despicable people.

How do we "support" school shootings?

And pedophiles.

I'll encourage you to quote 4th&schlong here. His ranting meltdowns are fun during Bills season when he said he doesn't ever want to be here.

What is my opinion on political violence?

S*** happens...

Act accordingly...

I tend to be emotionally indifferent when it comes to violence...

It's a critical aspect of human nature...

Any American not prepared for violence is a fool...
