Well, Orioles have made up 9 games from the season low of 18 games under .500 to be 9 games under and 7.5 out of a wildcard.  Still going to take a miracle to make the playoffs (and a lot of luck at trade deadline ) but at least it's not a lost season, yet.

I did! One of the few bright spots for the Braves this year and reason to watch them play still, even though they find different ways to lose this year.

Well I guess the Orioles were sellers ! 9 players (5 pitchers, 4 position players... even Uncle Charlie) for 16 prospects unreal.  I guess 40% of the roster will be Norfolk. The rest of this season will be a fun try out session.

Didn’t realize O’Hearn and Laureano were having such good seasons. Closer situation going to be interesting for Yanks and Padres, but I could see Yankees fizzling.

O'hearn was a pending FA so no surprise on him but Laureano they had a team option for cheap. no one gets that one

Well at 56-66 I guess my O's aren't going to hit the over and make the playoffs unless they go 30-10 .  The Bills fan in me was eternally optimistic they would turn the season around even knowing doom was near.  (in reality the season was over by the end of May probably)

Mets homestretch schedule lot tougher than Yankees and their bullpen is getting worse. Hope the Brewers have something in the tank come playoffs. What a run.

Brewers were losing 8-1 last might and came back and won. 13 in a row now

Closer Félix Bautista underwent surgery on a torn rotator cuff and labrum in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the team announced. The right-hander is expected to miss the next 12 calendar months in a massive blow to his career after he sat out the entire 2024 season recovering from Tommy John elbow reconstruction surgery.
