It’s hard to believe that in an economy of full employment there are people who are in that situation who aren’t to blame for their plight.

Maybe they are useless. I won’t argue that.

 

What I will say is the betting markets are what I watch. They aren’t putting something up On their boards and giving odds to it unless they are relatively confident that they know what’s going on.
