To me, it's even more, how does a TEAM, coaches, teammates too, etc. even allow that? I can understand one being lazy about it compared to other payers, doing it half-ass, but not at all? I think the obvious answer is that a lot of more these guys are guilty of the same thing than you'd probably think.
