I’m good with it. Accountability shouldn’t be partisan - both sides of the media need to be held to the fire.

The "news" should just do better.  They need to employ actual journalists.  Nice try hiding behind alleged there,  the tape was made public.

I am asking this seriously, are you arguing lying intentionally on your "show" should be allowed? That is the basis of the lawsuit and should never be allowed by a "news" station.
