Counters for forced out of bounds plays

Recommended Posts

There are counters for sacks, interceptions, passes defended and tackles.

None for players who force ball carriers out of bounds.

Well if theyre forced out of bounds behind the LOS it counts as a sack for them

Correct, so wouldn't it make sense that forcing a runner out of bounds past the LOS is a tackle?

Is this even a thing? If a guy just runs out of bounds, is someone supposed to judge how close a defender was to them, or do they have to be touching him?
