A lot of excitement for this hire. Many feel UB upgraded from LL. I think many who jumped for the transfer portal will be running back.

While I would pump the brakes on it being a immediate upgrade

 

I really like the hire and he's Young and passionate.. 

 

But I don't know if he could have created the culture that Lance did here.. I have no doubt that he can continue it though

I read on UBfan.com today that Alnutt spoke with players who asked for a younger coach. They got one.
