Have you watched him at all this year?  He's checked out every play of every game, frustration at being on a sucky team is understandable.  Dogging it and giving 0 effort is inexcusable and he deserves to get torched by the fanbase

I would dress him but see no need to start him.   Let him play situationally.  Make him work.
