Look again. Use the crosswalk line for reference... I think truck misses him completely! Either he cringes when he sees red car OR is clipped by it. Truck is on a tilted swerve away from where cyclist gets up at end. I think as truck is hit, tilts, cyclist dumps bike... Missed completely! Again, look at crosswalk lines as reference.
