Brand J Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 I went back and looked at the 1985 NFL Draft, didn't realize the team was also in dire need of wide receivers. They selected three that year. Rather than drafting CB Derrick Burroughs at 14, I wonder what it was they didn't like about that receiver from Mississippi Valley St who went 16th to the 49ers? Can you imagine if Rice was selected at 14 and Reed was also picked in the 4th round? Wow. But every one of these drafts are filled with epic misses. If only I had a time machine...
