He picks OJ over Thurman at RB and Stratton over Talley and Conlon at LB. boyst Posted April 24, 2017 Share Posted April 24, 2017 From a pure football perspective, OJ was one of the best ever. this is the reason oj was selected. there are 2 or 3 teams in the nfl that would have chosen someone else over OJ. especially with a modern football lens on the game. emmitt smith is the first name that pops out as a better running back (too young to know jim brown, etc). Strongly disagree about Emmitt Smith. Smith played behind the greatest O line ever. Smith's greatest attribute was his durability. Smith was good, but not even in the same league as OJ.
