Bills Best Draft Picks by Position

Recommended Posts

It's Rodak, so much of it is drivel, but some interesting choices here. He picks OJ over Thurman at RB and Stratton over Talley and Conlon at LB.

For the draft OJ Howard crowd there's this interesting tidbit: "The Bills have drafted 44 tight ends in their history; none have made the Pro Bowl."

From a pure football perspective, OJ was one of the best ever.

this is the reason oj was selected. there are 2 or 3 teams in the nfl that would have chosen someone else over OJ. especially with a modern football lens on the game.

emmitt smith is the first name that pops out as a better running back (too young to know jim brown, etc).

Strongly disagree about Emmitt Smith. Smith played behind the greatest O line ever. Smith's greatest attribute was his durability. Smith was good, but not even in the same league as OJ. Barry Sanders was a better back than Thomas and Smith.

how did I forget barry? Yes, he was. Thomas was very underrated, however

Barry Sanders had too many negative plays. He was a high risk, high reward player. He would either lose 5 yards or gain 10. I'd take Emmitt personally
